Manager, Product Marketing (Growth & GTM) – Web3 PayFi

We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially-minded Manager, Product Marketing to bridge our Product and frontline Sales teams. This is not a conventional, slow-paced operational role. This is a 0-to-1 battlefield. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Enablement :

  • Transform our core capabilities into razor-sharp B2B narratives. You will build the essential sales toolkits: pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and "Battle Cards" to help frontline BDs systematically defeat traditional channels and competitors.
  • Conduct product training to ensure the sales force can flawlessly pitch our value proposition.

2. GTM Execution & Content Strategy:

  • Drive the Go-To-Market execution for new Web3/PayFi product launches, specifically targeting high-potential ICPs: cross-border e-commerce in LatAm, infrastructure contractors in Africa, and the global pan-entertainment sector.
  • Develop high-converting marketing assets (whitepapers, tailored ABM email templates, and case studies) that address the core pain point of enterprise clients.

3. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback Loop:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing dynamics, and frontline merchant feedback.
  • Act as the voice of the market to our Product Managers, ensuring our feature iterations hit the mark commercially while strictly remaining Compliant with local regulatory frameworks.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For):

  • Experience: 3–4 years of proven B2B Product Marketing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Growth experience, ideally within Fintech, Payments, Cross-border Settlement, or Web3.
  • The "Builder" Mindset: You are highly autonomous, logical, and execution-oriented. You don't wait for a perfect brief; you find the friction points in the sales funnel and build the tools to solve them.
  • Content & Communication: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex financial/tech concepts (e.g., licensed fiat off-ramping, stablecoin routing) into compelling business benefits.
  • Language: Native-level proficiency in Chinese and excellent business English.
