We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Financial Institution Business Development to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to build and nurture relationships with various global financial institutions, including banks, asset management firms, payment companies, and financial services providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating terms, qualifying partners, and fostering strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to establish and strengthen relationships with financial institutions.
• Identify key decision-makers within target institutions and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Explore, and qualify potential collaboration opportunities with financial institutions to expand our market reach and service offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, regulation developments, and business opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Negotiate commercials, and terms and conditions of collaboration agreements with financial institutions to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and deliverables with partner institutions.
• Monitor and analyze market developments and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, regulatory regimes, compliance standards and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage team members if needed
