We are seeking a dynamic and crypto-native Digital Marketing Manager to be the voice of our brands and drive our digital presence. Your mission is to build, engage, and grow our global community across key platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and beyond. You will translate complex technical and financial concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with a sophisticated audience of investors, partners, developers, and crypto enthusiasts. You will be instrumental in establishing RD Technologies as a trusted and authoritative leader in the Asian stablecoin and digital payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (X/Twitter Focus):

  • Develop and own the social media strategy, with a primary focus on growing our presence and engagement on X (Twitter).
  • Create and curate high-impact, platform-native content (threads, spaces, memes, visuals) that drives discussion, educates the audience, and showcases our products.
  • Manage the daily calendar, schedule posts, and engage in real-time with trending topics and conversations in the crypto space.
  • Host and participate in X Spaces to foster community dialogue and bring in key opinion leaders.

2. Community Building & Engagement:

  • Act as the primary voice of our brands, fostering a positive, informed, and loyal community across all channels (Discord, Telegram, etc.).
  • Implement community management strategies to moderate discussions, answer questions, and gather valuable user feedback for the product team.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and builders in the crypto and fintech space for potential collaborations.

3. Content & Narrative Development:

  • Work closely with leadership and product teams to craft the core narratives around our stablecoin (HKDR) and OristaPay.
  • Produce a variety of content, including thought leadership threads, blog posts, announcements, and campaign copy that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • Manage the content calendar for all marketing channels to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of messaging.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key community and social metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, sentiment).
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize our strategy, content, and campaign performance.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, social media, or community role, with at least 2 years focused specifically on the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry.
  • A proven track record of growing and engaging a community on X (Twitter). Please be prepared to share examples of successful campaigns or your personal/professional handle.
  • Deep, native understanding of crypto culture, including stablecoins, DeFi, Layer 2s, and the current market landscape. You speak the language fluently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese is a significant plus.
  • A self-starter who is proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • A strong alignment with our mission of building compliant, secure, and transformative financial infrastructure.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with other community platforms like Discord and Telegram.
  • Experience working in a B2B or fintech/regulated environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma) or video editing skills for creating engaging social assets.
  • Existing relationships with influencers or media in the APAC crypto scene.
