Finance Business Partner Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, operations, treasury, and business development teams to develop and refine pricing models, transaction fees, custody, redemption, and payment services.
• Monitor key pricing and costing metrics such as transaction margins, cost per transaction, fee structures, acquisition costs, and profitability by product and customer segments.
• Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of market volatility, regulatory changes, and competitive pricing on revenue and cost structures.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure pricing and costing strategies adhere to regulatory requirements and risk policies related to virtual assets.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize pricing competitiveness, manage costs, and maximize revenue streams from stablecoin operations.
• Facilitate communication and information sharing between finance and business units on pricing and cost performance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering in a global public company; Bank, FinTech, cryptocurrency and blockchain experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA/CFA preferred.
• Independent, detail-minded and committed to work
• Capable to work in a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
