Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration and maintenance of banking and payment channels, including requirements analysis, interface integration, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and optimize clearing and settlement product mechanisms to support complex scenarios such as multi-currency, multi-channel, and T+N settlement cycles.
• Build an automated, highly accurate reconciliation system to enable automatic matching and exception handling for transaction, fund, and channel data.
• Plan and implement electronic invoice and billing management functions to meet tax and compliance requirements in different countries/regions.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and coordinate with business and development teams to drive development and testing.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, collect user feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on global payment industry trends, particularly new payment demands in Web2-Web3 convergence scenarios, deeply understand cross-border payment processes, identify pain points, and propose actionable product solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product design for payment, clearing, settlement, financial systems, or fintech, with a preference for candidates with cross-border payment experience.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting, with an understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation logic, and invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with clearing and settlement system architecture, including netting, sub-accounting, and fund pooling mechanisms.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to independently design complex business processes.
• Proficient in product tools such as Axure, Figma, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills, capable of driving project execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, stablecoins, and Real-World Assets (RWA) is a plus.
• Strong both English and Manadrain communication skills
