Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer with a keen interest in Human Resource to join our team. This role focuses on Talent acquisition officer in the fast-evolving landscape of virtual asset related financial innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling with care, providing hiring managers with preparation resources and ensuring timely, thoughtful communication with all candidates.
- Lead the offer process from start to finish, including extending offers, supporting negotiations, and overseeing the completion of background checks and pre-employment steps.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within our applicant tracking system, tracking key metrics to identify trends and offer insights that elevate our hiring strategy.
- Contribute to People Operations initiatives beyond recruitment—supporting onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- 3 years or above of experience in operations or administrative work
- Comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates including highly developed skills in market mapping and candidate attraction
- Goal driven, has the ability to pro-actively take initiative and is comfortable working with minimal direction
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and flawlessly execute on deliverables
- Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication abilities
