Senior Manager, Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the IA for license application
• Set up all Audit Committee, Audit Charter, ToR, IA Policy, Procedures, Audit Manual, Audit work templates
• Develop audit universe, audit risk assessment, audit scope, audit plan and other audit related planning
• Report to AC, provide Assurance to AC on the effectiveness of RD Innotech’s risk management controls and the compliance of relevant law and regulations
• Responsible for the deliverables of all audit work, Lead, oversee, supervise, coordinate monitor and conduct any audit work.
• Conduct regular / ad hoc review / health check on the internal controls and monitor the implementation status of the recommendations suggested for issues found
• Ongoingly coordinate, liaises with regulators and external auditors; support any on-site / off-site review request by regulators
• Responses to regulator’s request on IA / investigation.
• Provide internal advice (consultive, advisory work) for any initiatives

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• 10 years exp. min. With 2-3 years of In-house Internal audit exp. (key role, e.g. lead of audit stream) is preferred.
• Managerial experience in Big 4 and FI. is preferred.
• CPA/ CIA, CAMs, Cybersecurity related (e.g., CISSP), IT audit related (CISA);
• Programming knowledge: Python, Solidity, Java, etc. with the relevant the show cases would be definitely an advantage.
